super happy with my new machine, it was amazingly packed and handled, my vendor made the entire transaction be so easy, she was always on top of my order and always checking and providing new status. After arrival the customer service has been amazing, it was a little rough for me to learn how to use the machine but they helped me every step of the way and now I'm in intermediate level and learning more every day thanks to the outstanding support.
